Once again I had clothing made by House of Komangs (located on Jalan Padma, opposite the Casa Padma Hotel, ph 08123600523), and I am very pleased with the workmanship of all items made. Only one dress out of the 7 they made for me, had to be slightly altered, mainly due to the material being a different fabric than the rest.
Another of our party had 5 dresses made (copied from another dress bought in Australia), and she is also thrilled with the result.
Komang & Ketut are very amenable people to deal with, and their offer of a complimentary cold drink on arrival, is always appreciated. Their prices are very competitive, the tailoring is done very quickly, and any alterations are taken care of with the minimum of fuss.
They have a wide range of samples to choose from plus men's suit material already in stock, but are just as happy to use your own material. I have found that they are always happy "to go the extra mile for you",even offering to go into Denpasar to try to locate the right material for your garment.
