thanks for the info, i stayed here around four years ago and it was around 12pp pn back then inc bfast. I visited for their sunday roast two years ago and was told then they were building residential properties there and have not been back since. However since becoming a regular on this site have found out otherwise. I shall do some investigating and see how I go. Thanks to all for your input. Cheers
