Reliable internet

Can anyone tell me where I may be able to access reliable internet. I usually just use the free wifi hotspots however I am doing off-campus university studies and may need to do an exam online whilst I am there in September so I need to make sure I have a fast reliable connection.

I will be staying at Puri Damai so anything in that area would be good. I am thinking maybe one of the bigger, better hotels may be the best bet??
