Bali Belly Cures for kids

Hi just wondering if there is anything I can do to prevent or cure the Bali bug if my young kids get it? They are too little for immodium etc (they are 2/4yrs), so is there anything else out there? I plan to take electrolyte iceblocks to replenish if need be, but this is only one idea so far! Cheers
