I noticed that you can use twitter.com via Indonesian SMS if you're on the network Axis.
The twitter website mentions Axis is only available in Java but I've been told its also Indonesia-wide.
So, which is the case - and most importantly, can I bring a 3G mobile from Australia and use it on Axis pre-paids? Assuming they exist?
