VOA has been moved....

or at least was a few days ago.
It was to the left as you enter the hall, and then you about face to go to Immigration who are where they were before.
Some people were confused, spotted long queue at Immigration and joined in.
When finally getting to Immigration, they had no VOA clearance and were further greatly delayed in resolving this.
