old appliances from home or go to your local tip shop/thrifty store/ garage sale etc & purchase an old lamp, toaster or anything real cheap. Cut off the plug & re wire or get someone to re wire it to your Bali purchase.

We have done this with lamp purchases in Bali very cheap & easy to do.
