Glad somebody replied. Usually when I do on this subject all kinds of mayhem breaks out however here we go.
I think the Australian based companies who operated a lounge plus VIP VOA have recently suspended operations because the lease on their lounge fell through.
If the OP uses the search function at the top of this page and searches for "Murti" or "Hadi" they will find out about the local operators who are at this point still operating. I will be using Murti's service for a friend of mine who is a first timer to Bali and is joining us for 10 days. Have used her service in the past and it is fine but his time I will already have a 60 day visa before we arrive and so will not need VIP VOA.
My friend arrives at 21.45 hrs when the airport arrivals can be very busy so I bought him this as a birthday present (yes I am cheap at around $30)
Unfortunately one of the trolls who like to jump in on this subject has just re-emerged and will probably have more to say on this subject. I have given up replying to her and suggest that she is best ignored......we shall see.
