All a matter of preference really!
last July they were overwhelmed with bookings that they just couldnt handle so many people who stayed there gave it a bagging and some didnt get a room they booked at all!
So if its not too busy then its worth the money but not to every bodies taste!
If you are looking for any sort of luxury then this is not the place,clean basic rooms with a pool,tv that gets scratchy reception,large empty fridge.
I would rate this as a very good "flash packer" "Long stay" hotel.
Guests tend to be previous visitors to bail and the SGI, middle aged and know that everything they need in bali is outside the hotel not in it.
I like it but a some dont.
Also take a look at Massa inn and La Walon both almost opposite SGI on poppies 1, Massa is about the same price and La walon a bit more expensive.
