After asking forumites about Poppies cottages and receiving excellent feedback from m_m, wenful and others, decided to bite the bullet and book my SOLO trip. Going last week of school hols in Jan. Anyone else staying at Poppies around that time? Glad I booked now. Poppies my have ended up being booked out because it is so popular and Garuda only had 2 seats left on the flight home. Amazing how many people think I am 'strange' wanting to travel on my own. But, as I try and explain to them, I feel very comfortable in Bali (that's why we have holidayed there as a family so many times) and it will be lovely just to have some 'me' time (and celebrate my birthday). Love this part where I start planning everything for the trip. Now where is my suitcase.....
