A few of my friends hire pushbikes every time they go to bali. The last time they got them from a place in padma ultara but there was also another shop in rum jungle road. Ask around as I'm sure there are heaps of places. I'm too scared to try it but they go everywhere on them and I dont think it cost them much for hire either :)
