you will clear customs get dutyfree and your bags then have to hang around till you can check in about 2 hrs before your next flight.
So options....
Airport resort, free bus will come n get you when you call them using the special phone. They will not be cheap for food or drinks but you will be able to relax.
Casino, taxi fare each way will be about $25.
Stay at the airport. By the time you clear customs etc and use the airport free WiFi the time will fly by!
The airport is open 24/7 (or 31 as they say on 2½ men, hehe) but you may be limited on what you can buy. Macdonalds is not far from the airport but remember you will have all your bags etc.
