provided you use a CB ATM in Indonesia.There are no other currency conversion fees just the $2AUS flat fee.
You can use a Commonwealth savings card or Commonwealth Mastercard debit card the only difference is that the mastercard is watched by the banks credit card fraud team where as the straight savings card is not.

Card skimming is everywhere even in little NSW towns. Always cover your hand when putting in your pin!
