The reception, pool area, new kitchen, dining area and spa area is complete and looks fabulous. If you've been to the dewi sri before you wouldn't recognize it, complete renovation including colour! You'll know what I mean when you see it.The pool is now a lot bigger and has a swimup bar and still has a kiddy area. The tower block has not been touched, the bungalows around the pool are about to be started on and will match the rest of the area. They are to be completed by November/December. I don't think this will impact on your holiday if you are staying there as labourers don't start til after 9 most mornings, sometimes not til 10.00. If you want a pool facing room this probably won't be possible though.
I returned a week ago and visited and took a video, sorry have no idea how I could display it, it went on disc and sent to my sister who will be staying there August.
Even during the current renovation Leanne made it very hospitable to those who took up the offer to stay there on the cheap, they had a la carte breakfasts on the lawns, a mini bar setup and the renovation area was cordoned off so you didn't have to see the mess, of course no pool facilities but if you wanted you could watch all the action of the reno progress.
