If you do something like the Anika class (we did the aftrernoin one as we did not want to get up early & do the market) you will also learn about the spices and then grind the spices for each of the dishes. Not many do the afternoon so it is like your own personal class. You could also have a massage at their spa before the class. Cheers, Stormy
