Yes Bluebird are more reliable, metre is switched on with no complaints, no harrassing about higher fares after you arrive, also don't aim at potholes full of the recent rain if you waive them off with a Jalan Jalan Saja. And the drivers are pleasant, have always been willing to chat and non agressive, and feel safe with the kids in the car too. I am always tipping my Bluebird taxi drivers. The PJWB now look like a buch of thugs, will be hard to win trust back now.
