When we booked I was told that Qantas don't fly direct to Bali from Melbourne any more and the only direct flights were with Jet*.
I was miffed as we used FF points that were earned on Qantas and then flying on a low service airline. The only way we could have flown using Qantas was via Darwin and took hours longer. That was what I was told anyway.
