i dont even like dogs, but i was on kuta beach and all the dogs have red or orange colors on to say they have had rabies shots so i dont see the risk, this is happening all over bali. some ones starting all this talk and its not on. you should be more worried about aussies on motor bikes. lol try supporting the dogs buy donating to anythingfrombali.com they do a good job from what i see on the beach.
