where he has referred to us as 'Dog Lovers', there is a history of these posts, it's getting a bit much, sorry you haven't seen all the other posts. I am not saying it is not a problem just that this OP needs to stop asking the forum when he doesn't actually agree with a lot of the answers.
I am going over the top as this is something close to my heart and the call for the culling of dogs on an Island where the locals let their pets roam the street is not an answer,one of my dogs has already been 'culled' and I can assure you she was vaccinated, I had just bathed her so her collar was off and she got out the front gate, only took 30 minutes and she was dead.
I am not saying rabies is not a problem just that the OP needs to start asking experts for an update, not people that have only been in Bali on holiday, I live here and I'm not even going to give an update or my opinion on the situation as I am not an expert.
