Nice people just have to keep the balance in things........it is not nice to see anyone humilitated, "Mothers" are particularly good and quick at offering this sort of balance!!!! Sometimes it is just nice to know that you have brought back the "what a great day after all!,feeling for someone who may feel totally shattered by one inconsiderate,loudmouthed, tourist/customer........After owning our own business, I know I will never deal with the general public again!! And being part of the general public I do my utmost to never be one of those A/holes that need to stuff up someones day! Deb
