Trying to retrieve our booking that we made with AirAsia Go but the site says we are not able to access it as we didnt make the original booking. Am trying to check how much luggage we paid for. I remember having trouble originally adding the luggage on but cant remember how I got into the site. Any help appreciated. BTW I have been on hold for over an hour with AA so far!
