The shop is a few doors from Un's restaurant which is in a gang running between Poppies 1 & Jl Pantai (before Jl Pantai turns to the right along the beach).

The easiest way to find it is to start at the corner of Jl Legian & Poppies 1 - walk down Poppies 1 & turn left at the first lane. You will see a sign for Un's. The shop is on the left just before Un's on the same side. Some of the sandals have snake skin which may be a problem coming back into Aust. Hide them.

I have 3 pairs of these sandals now & wear them constantly both in Bali & at home in Summer. The ONLY shoes I have ever been able to put on new & walk for miles.
