Stayed there in December last year and as a first time visitor to Bali was impressed. I also requested a room upstairs which had it's own private balcony looking over the road. Spent many an afternoon sitting out there enjoying a Bintang and writing in my travel diary. Loved the fact that it was in walking distance to Kuta Square, had a supermarket right next door and a great Indian restaurant just down the road. Loved the big bed and crisp sheets. Heaven to wake up in and realise you're on holdiay lol
