I've called them a couple of times and got pretty much straight thru. Is it the Australian number you've called (you have to scroll through the country list to find it on the website).
They have had some big sales in the last week, so there might be lots of people ringing up to change names, times etc. I used to work in a call centre and sometimes you just can't predict when it's going to be busy!!
