That's a new one isn't it! Seems to be from what you read on here that it comes down to the individual opinion of the officer alot of the time. Doesn't seem to be a standard.

I know what you mean about not arguing - the whole thing gives you the whoops doesn't it (BTF didn't like the word I tried to put there!).
