however, there is an issue if you made the original booking after "logging on" to AA site using password etc or if the booking was made by just looking up a flight and booking without logging on.
It seems that their system will not recognise bookings you have made "logged on" if you try to access not "logged on" and visa versa.
The site makes mention of this I think.
Maybe this is the problem??
