I went two years ago and was 65 then and enjoyed it. Did the whole trip. Am trying to persuade my 70 yr old (on Friday) to do it when we are there next week. Couldnt remember if they had safety helmets but the forum asssures me they do. If you get tired, there is a support vehicle so you can enjoy the countryside at a leisurely pace without the effort Go for it, you will have a great time
