Arriving Benoa on a Cruise ship any idea

Of things to do, and places to see.
I have a friend arriving here on a cruise ship and will be on shore for about 9 hrs so I'm looking to work out a small itinerary for her and her friends.Any suggestions of things to do in this time frame would be grateful.

Also could someone tell me how long it would take to get to Ubud, and Legian from Benoa.Thanks Cheers Tinggading
