I'm just back in May and we discovered a great little spa on Benesari? or the same lane that Melasti is on going towards Jalan Padma, it is on the right almost at the end next to a little supermarket - they do have Villas of the same name behind, it is new, very reasonable and a bit more upmarket inside than others, I hade a guy Made and he was brilliant.
I didn't think much of Melasti although I only had a pedicure :-)
