New Bali Road Rules - Heavy Fines Apply

Just reading that as from 1 April new road rules and penalties apply in Bali, with heavy "on the spot fines" ranging from 100,000Rp - 24 Million Rp. As if the Polisi needed any excuses to pull you over now.
