If you can't book on line and you have to ring them just click onto 'contact us' and they have a list of numbers around the world that you can ring on land line.
I forgot to log on once and had to ring them about a change of booking and finally after three calls and waiting 17 min. and 22 min. respectively I finally got through on the third call.
If I was using a mobile it would have cost a fortune.
