Beware if you are changing money late at night through a small money changer - often if they want to chasnge your money with small denomination notes ie 20,000 there is a bigger chance you will get ripped off. Only accept these if you are 100% sure you have counted it twice and they have not touched the money after you have counted it. Exchange only small amounts to also reduce the risk. Often another person will come into the booth and talk to you as you are trying to count nd put you off . Not allways - just be careful.
