Yes, the 60 day visa starts from the date you enter Indonesia. You have 90 days to use it after the visa is issued. The cost is $60 is $60 Au. The forms can be downloaded from the Indonesian Consulate site and you need to have a passport size photo, your tickets and your passport. It takes 2 to 3 days to process.
