you really need to try stuff on I have found as sizing is not to a rule.
Shoes sizes tend to be in EUR sizing. eg 38 etc.
The shop ladies will size you up in no time and will let you know if they have something in your size....with subtle chants of "Hey Mummy I have dress for Big Bum/Boobs" or "Hey Big Boss I have XXXXXL shorts for you big man".
Very entertaining if you don't have a sensitive pride. You should have no problem finding clothes to fit nowdays.
