Bali Bike - Baik

We have booked to do the bike tour with Wayan when in Bali in a couple of weeks. I was just after some advice on the safety of eating the food provided on the tour and would appreciate any feedback. We are taking our 5 year old son o nthe tour and will be stopping at the school so any thoughts on appropriate gifts for the school would be great. Thanks in advance
