Family hotel - for 2 & 6 year old boys

Hi there, first time to Bali, looking for a great hotel which will be suitable for my 2year boy, not really into the kids clubs as such as can't leave a 2 year old anyway (and I wouldn't), but have been thinking of the Patra, Paridiso and Remada Bintang.

I would appreciate any tips anyone could give me as this is our first trip and want to make it a good one. Prefer a 4star hotel also.
