in 2009, October I think. Had no problems using the website at all. Have had occasion to email to ask a few questions since and Andrew emailed fairly promptly back. Searched our dates on the website for a stickybeak the other day and it said fully booked for those times - is that what you mean? It is my understanding they book up very quickly. Having said that, we booked for Febris for later in the year, and they were far more friendly and efficient in getting back to us than KTH. We will see how both places booking service compares to their accomodation soon!
