have a home computer,if your daughter or the carer are able to use it then - I suggest you add the program called SKYPE & get a web cam.With this set you can not only talk to your daughter & her carers but see them as well.I personally think the best & most professionally run Internet Cafe in Bali to access/use Skype is the Bali Cyber Cafe.It is on the corner of Jalan Patih Jelantik & Jalan Sriwijaya in Legian- not far from Jalan Legian.Costs will be very low do make calls this way.
A lovely man called Haaris & his wife Nina own Bali Cyber Cafe.You can also get wonderful meals & nice drinks here as well - including some delicious fresh juices.
