How long have you been a member here for? I cant find any posts with your name on them prior to this one. Quiet a few people I have spoken with say the new system does not work properly most of the time. We were unable to book one day at any time in any room and the staff say they do not take phone bookings at all yet 3 different people have told me they had to phone to organise their booking as the site would not work but KTH deny this so someone is telling porkies, is it KTH or different tourists who dont even know one another????? I know I will never bother to try to book with them again.
So as I said before how long have you been a member for? it seems strange you are the only one I cant find another post for and the only one saying you had no problems......bit suss I think...
