First: You will have a ticket, a passport and can get a visa on arrival and clear customs.
Second: you know where you want to go and there are pre-paid taxis available. Only nuisance is if you have lot of baggage, there is no uniform surface to push them on a dolly to your taxi but you can manage that too.
Third: You will have told the Pre-paid Taxi counter where you want to go and paid the amount and if you want to be charitable to the taxi driver, you can tip him if he provides good service. He is not going to run his meter because it is prepaid.
Finally: It is probably going to cost $10-15 taxi for your taxi ride. Use the money you save to tip other blokes who provide you good service.
Worst thing you can do is to spend $40 per person.
