Holiday deals

Have received one of those special apply now holiday 'accomodation only', '2 years to take it' deals through the fax. Have seen them before but never acted on them. Has anyone had any experience with them ? One of the resorts was the Risata in south Kuta. It looks great on the website but has anyone stayed there ?
