Whist I haven't used the service myself, I have just booked it for my Dad who is travelling alone to Bali for the first time (he's calling it the "adventure before dementia trip". It's peace of mind for me to have my Dad looked after, so to all who say it is a waste of money, it's not in this circumstance.
