There are plenty of restaurants that do western style food, lamb chops, gordon blues (lol), chicken breasts, etc. Depends where you are staying and what's convenient really.
Give Jimbaran a miss if she's not into seafood.
Kori in Poppies 2 did a wicked Lamb Chops when I last went there with mashed spud.
La Scala in Tanjung Benoa which has some of the most wonderful staff and yummiest food does a really nice chicken dish called Chicken Melting...Chicken breast stuffed with capsicum and pineapple with cheese melted over it...Served with vegies and chips I think for memory...mouth is watering just thinking of it...
