We stayed at Green Fields with our 5YO last year. The rooms back onto peaceful rice paddies, but it is close to town & plenty of walkable restaurants. Tegal Sari is in the same spot. Both are well regarded & our daughter loved watching the ducks, frogs etc. in the paddies. If I were to be critical, it is that they front onto a rather busy road, however, we have booked again for this year.
Klub Kokos appears very well set up for kids (I had b'fast there when doing the Camphuan Ridge walk) and is in a small village. I think it would be good to get away from the bustle of Ubud & get to know the village, but you need to be aware that it is a 20+ minute walk along the ridge-top path from KK to the road, then a further hike to shops / restaurants. Otherwise you need to be driven away from town before coming back in (no big deal). So it is more of an out-of-town 'retreat' (not necessarily a bad thing, but don't expect a 'scene' outside your door).
