Use your hotel as a base....you can probably leave some of your luggage there in order to travel light
Hire a driver @ 400,000 a day and drive around the island 3/4 days
Spend 2/3 days at Ubud...Tegal Sari/Greenfields
Visit Safari Park and have a night at Mara lodge
4 days in Gili Trawangan snorkelling etc stay at Scallywags
1 or 2 days in Lembongan island?? stay at Coconuts
Afternoon at Canngu beach and Tanah lot temple
Afternoon/overnight trip to Uluwatu/Blue point hotel
Day trip to Kintamani
Good chance you will meet someone to do some trips with you
