As others have advised, just get the taxi from the taxi office just to the right (about 20 mtrs)as you leave the building.
For the express arrival service, if you do a search on the forum, you will find contact details for both Murti and Hadi, and as far as I am aware, their price is AUD27, so you can save $13 per person there too.
Whether it is worth it or not is personal choice and largely a matter of luck.
If you are arriving around 8am this is generally pretty quiet (maybe first flight) but anything after that will be a lottery as far as congestion goes.
