There's a 'what budget airline flies where' site called whichbudget.com
(Ive used it before & its usually pretty up to date) and it doesnt have any direct flights Denpassar to Ambon.
Looks like you have to go via Jakata or Surabya.
You just choose the country then city you want to fly from and then the country & city you want to fly to
