Flights prices change all the time, am viewing a Denp to Perth Ap 16 for $212 one way at the moment.
Sure, if one wanted to go those exact dates then they would have to find accommodation and pretty much most places are booked out til July.
Anyway most people book months ahead and who would want to go in school holidays anyway!
