It dosnt matter where you stay if you want to spend all your time at the hotel then go for a five star resort they have everything! If you want to spend a little time at the hotel then go for a Mid star rating if you want to see more of bali then a buget is just the best. Basically you get what you pay for! I have stay at lots of different hotels from 5 star to 2 star in Bali, and I also keep going back to champlung mas the staff here are the most friendliest I have found they dont try to hit on you, they cant make you feel more welcome, its like catching up with long lost relatives. they love to laugh and sing with you. Yes I agree the rooms could be a little better but hay its what your paying for, its all part of the experience of Bali. They are not that bad I have stayed in worse where there was only overhead fans no brekky or hot water or fridge with really old lumpy beds. So I say go for whatever takes your fancy!!!!
