We had the same problem but rang and made our booking but KT would not tell us what room no. we had, they said that would be allocated the day we arrived, but we wanted a special room and they still would not do it, when we got there the room we wanted was booked for another night and they put us into another room just for 1 night, but we were lucky, people moved out around 6pm and they moved us there straight away. 3rd time we have stayed there but would not do it again, mainly for this reason.
